Well we reached the finish line on the mixing. Denis did a fantastic job and we are all very happy with how it turned out. There is one tune left that we didn't have time for with Denis, so we will mix that one our selves.
It's so great to hear this stuff back now. We've put so much work into it, and it actually sounds like it now. I can't wait to get this thing out into the world for real!
So, things left to do before that can happen: 1. Mix that last tune. That shouldn't take long. 2. Get the thing mastered. We are on the case on that one, and we should have that together relatively shortly. 3. Get artwork together. We are also actively working that out as well. I have a feeling all of these things will kind of come together at once, probably around the first couple of weeks of July. Then all we need to do is submit the thing for pressing, and a week and a half later we'll have plastic in our hands!
Stay tuned, I'm sure we'll get a track or two out there before the record is officially released just to give y'all a taste of what we've been doing.
